Grace Restaurant at Callander Meadows is open throughout the year! 

Nestled in the heart of the national park, our restaurant is a celebration of the land, the seasons, and the community. We take a hyper-local approach to dining, sourcing the freshest ingredients from nearby farms, foraging from the wild, and crafting each dish with an artisan’s touch. Our menu evolves with nature, embracing the bounty of each season to create flavors that are both rustic and refined.

Led by our skilled chef, whose deep connection to the outdoors and expert craftsmanship elevate every plate, we offer a dining experience that is as grounded as it is exceptional. Whether you're savoring the earthy notes of wild mushrooms, the freshness of hand-picked herbs, or the richness of locally raised meats, every bite tells a story of place and purpose.

Dining Experiences: 

October - March

Dinner reservations for our a la carte menu are from 6pm-8:30pm on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

April - September

The menu is served in our back garden from 12pm - 8pm, Thursday - Sunday, weather permitting. 

In unfavourable weather, the dining room will be open 12pm - 2:30pm and 6pm - 8:30pm Thursday - Sunday

Walk-ins are welcome but booking is appreciated, particularly in the winter season (October - March)
